ABOUT
Tony is all about family, he is the guy that would do everything to make sure everyone was happy no matter what. Given his childhood he wants to make sure that his family is as far from that tree as possible and in such has a temper when anything messes with that. His ex wife usually tested that theory and while he restrained himself from hurting her Tony has always been frightened by his loss of control. Once he gets to that point there can be little in his way to stop him from hurting that person.
FRIENDS
Despite his gruff exterior Tony has friends, he might not go about things the right way and yes he has walked away from most friends in New York but if you can look past his anger. And a few other things too Tony is the sort of guy that would be a friend for life.
FAMILY
Tony is an open book when it comes to family, at leasta lot of police cases worth. His ex wife drank and killed their daughter, he had a few dalliances with people over the years. He has another daughter Beth that he has only recently caught up with. His family is all over the place but he would never have it any other way.
LOVERS
Tony has been unlucky in love. The woman he thought he wanted to spend the rest of his life with turned to drink and killed their daughter. Needless to say Carla (his ex) managed to ruin his life and what little trust he has for people when it comes to love. Tony however has found a new relationship with Olivia Benson, the Chief in Chicago after reconnecting with her when he joined the PD.
